Situation:

What we don’t know scares us the most.  We fear the worst when we’re in the dark.  It consumes us.  The very thought of what could be holds us hostage.  Imagining the worst.

Now imagine that fear when it comes to your aging loved ones.  The fact that the next generation is living longer, and families have to be able to ensure their health and safety, often from far away.

Opportunity:

Pria was developed by Black+Decker as an innovation focused on connecting caregivers to their aging loved ones.  Creating certainty that they were being checked-in on.  Ensuring daily reminders to take their medications.  And just a little AI friend when you need a voice around to say 'hello'.

Approach:

This ability to 'Live in the Know' opens your eyes.  Living in the knowing that everything is as it should be.  Discovering a sense of enlightenment through tools that keep us connected to what matters.  That inform us.  That empower us to be aware of what is happening.  That provide us with confidence and assurance that things are as they should be.  And by living in the know, we create brighter relationships that steadily links us together.
